Most local authorities have a tree planting scheme, but how do we ensure that trees planted today are resilient to the UK’s future climate? ⁠

Ashden work to boosts climate innovation in the UK and Global South. ⁠⁠⁠Last month Matt and Katy spoke about the importance of community climate resilience and how this informs our decision making through co-producing our tree planting programmes. The network was a space for people across the UK to share, learn and up skill on climate adaptation, supporting one another through sharing research and findings. ⁠The theme for this workshop will be Trees for the Future. ⁠
